Job Title: Global Sales Manager

Location: Remote

Schedule: 20-30 hours per week

Reports To: CEO

Job Overview: Cultural Impact, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our global sales team. This role is crucial for driving our fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations and promoting our diverse consulting services as listed on our company website to corporate clients. The successful candidate will be adept at creating strategic sales plans, executing sales goals, and building long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong global presence.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives for nonprofit organizations, including strategy development, campaign execution, and partnership management.
  • Promote and sell Cultural Impact’s services, including management consulting, technology solutions, and business support services, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
  • Manage and oversee the global sales and marketing team, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of marketing and sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports, presenting them to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales through various channels.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with potential clients and professionals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising and a solid understanding of nonprofit sector needs and dynamics.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in management consulting and technology services.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

Working Conditions:

  • The role may require frequent travel within the region.
  • Standard office hours apply, with additional hours to meet project deadlines or attend events as needed.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary plus a performance-based bonus.
