Cultural Impact LLC is a management consulting and technology firm, providing technology integration and business support services, Taxes and Bookkeeping, Web hosting & Design, Tech2Go Automation & Smart Home Installation, and DIY web services (Domain names, web hosting, and security services). We seek a talented Human Resources Management Consultant that has extensive experience consulting with senior stakeholders/ business partners to design, develop and facilitate custom learning journeys/ solutions. Be ready to:

  • Design, develop and facilitate senior-level leadership programs
  • Partner directly with executive stakeholders in the business to uncover learning/development needs
  • Consult with executive stakeholders/ business partners to develop custom learning journeys/solutions
  • Perform diversity assessments and needs analysis for corporations and government entities
  • Manage and participate in full learning cycle: needs analysis, design, development, execution, and evaluation
  • Understand how to identify behavioral problems, assess potential solutions, test solutions with a focus on creating behavioral change
  • Use scientific/data-driven approaches for behavioral change
  • Incorporate the latest learning methodologies to determine training delivery modalities (classroom, virtual, e-learning, etc.)
  • Fully execute on and manage relationships as a key liaison with internal and external business partners
  • Partner with other team members to design, develop and deliver solutions outside of core responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach less experienced team members
  • Assist with the development of new courses and lesson plans for training and educational programs (such as Lay-Off-To-Launch/ Bounce Back Better, DE&I curriculum, and The NGO Accelerator), including client and industry research, curriculum development, and course design using online and in-person NCP rubric.
  • Assist with copyrighting training curriculum
  • Assist with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, the evaluation, and creation of performance evaluations, identify the high-risk policies in corporate environments, police departments, and within government agencies.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Train, mentor, advise, develop and coach organizational leaders and senior managers
  • Develop customized diversity training, including presentation materials, pre and post texts, and interactive and engaging courses
  • Assist with analysis and implementation of standardized best practices within organizations
  • Measure policies and standards for roles such as Teachers, Police Officers, Sheriffs, Corrections Officer, Prosecutors, Public Defenders, Judges, probation and parole officers
    Provide training leading to certifications and continuing education units
  • Teach online and on-site training programs
  • Assist with developing diverse talent, to prepare them for the corporate and government work environments
    Recommend strategies to improve diverse employee retention

QUALIFICATIONS

Be equipped with:

  • 10+ years in teaching or consulting are preferred
  • Previous Learning & Development experience with a focus on curriculum and program development
  • Adult learning methodology knowledge and application
  • Behavioral assessment experience and coaching experience preferred
  • Zoom and online learning platform experience
  • Facilitation, design, development for virtual learning experiences
